Scarlett Cutter, Deputy Manager
With a background in nursery settings dating back to 2019, I began my career at Acorn Cottage and have since found my calling in the childcare sector. A lifelong interest in childcare, nurtured through experiences caring for younger family members, led me to pursue a career in early years education. This passion has only deepened over time, solidifying my commitment to making a positive impact on young children’s lives. At Acorn Cottage, I am grateful for the strong support network that surrounds me, enabling me to thrive in my role as Deputy Manager.
Witnessing the growth and development of children from the baby suite through to graduation is a truly rewarding experience that highlights the profound impact early years educators can have. I am dedicated to creating an engaging, challenging, and inclusive environment that fosters each child’s unique potential and provides enriching cultural experiences.
Beyond my work in childcare, I am dedicated to my passion for weight training at the gym. Spending quality time with family and friends, whether through leisurely walks or shared meals, brings me joy and balance outside of the nursery environment. I am committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children at Acorn Cottage, where every child feels valued, included, and empowered to grow and learn.
